Jack and Natacha Searson made Jeffrey the snow man on Friday night after a snow shower deposited an inch of snow on their garden in St Brelade
Islanders had plenty opportunity on Saturday to get out in the snow to build igloos and snowmen and, of course, take pictures.
It was just as well that they made the most of it because, despite the severe weather warnings, the snow passed us by and a slightly higher temperature meant that by Sunday morning, all but a few spots of snow and ice had melted.
