Two furniture firms collapse

The premises of Kitchen Craft and Creative Interiors in Clairvale Road
TWO long-established fitted furniture businesses have collapsed, with the loss of up to six jobs.
Locally owned Kitchen Craft (Jersey) Ltd and Creative Interiors Ltd specialised in all aspects of fitted furniture and operated from adjacent showrooms in Clairvale Road.
However, last week a meeting of creditors agreed the businesses should be wound up and a liquidator appointed to conduct the process.
And this Friday and Saturday, 15 and 16 January, a public sale of stock is to be held at the Clairvale Road premises.
