MUSEUM PIECE: This German lorry – an Opel Blitz – was being shipped to a private museum in Dorset in January 1964. It had been left behind by the Occupation forces and was still in its original state. It had been found three years earlier by Mr M J Boucheré of Clos du Roncier, St Clement, and he had spent the intervening time restoring it, including the camouflage.
