Death case doctor free to work in UK
Saturday 6th February 2010, 2:59PM GMT.

Dr Dolores Moyano Ontiveros
THE doctor who carried out a botched operation on a staff nurse leading to her death is now free to practise in the UK.
Dr Dolores Moyano Ontiveros had conditions attached to her General Medical Council registration following the death of Elizabeth Rourke in October 2006.
But the GMC has now confirmed that she has had all those conditions lifted. Dr Moyano was cleared of the manslaughter of Mrs Rourke last year.
Her GMC restrictions included a ban on carrying out any surgical procedures, informing the GMC of any medical employment offers she accepts and telling them if she applies for jobs outside the UK.
