The Bolddog Lings motorcycle display team performing in a show in the UK
DAREDEVIL stunts including sky-high vaults and jumps by fearless motorcyclists are just some of the treats on offer at this year’s Jersey Evening Post West Show.
The event, the Island’s only remaining parish cattle show which was last held in St Peter two years ago, will go ahead on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 July.
Organisers are hoping to repeat the success of previous years by getting more than 15,000 visitors through the gates.
Joining the Bolddog Lings Motorcycle Display stunt team will be Ye Olde Redtail Falconry Display and the La Compagnie du Gros Nez Rouge’s circus performers.
Ann and Tim Hunt will also be bringing their Donkey Derby to the event. The West Show aims to promote Jersey’s history and culture with Island produce and crafts on sale.
