Island Games athletics record holder and former British Bobsleigh champion Lauren Thérin’s potential has been recognised – by British Cycling.

The 24-year-old is one of two athletes to be selected to work with Great Birtain’s cycling squad after applying for the Girls4Gold UK Sport initiative last year.
