Former World No 12 Dominik Hrbaty, returns to Les Ormes for the Jersey International event later this month
TENNIS fans in Jersey will witness the highest quality field to date for a men’s $50,000 ATP Challenger tour tournament at Les Ormes later this month.
Former World No 12 Dominik Hrbaty, from Slovakia, leads a top-class entry which includes eight players who have been ranked in the World top 50.
Channel Islands LTA development officer Hugh Raymond said: ‘It’s fantastic; I can’t believe it, it is by far the best quality entry we have ever had.
‘Last year’s final was brilliant and I’m sure we will have an equally good final this year.
‘Everyone wants to come to Jersey; the original cut has been made at 237 and that too is the best ever.’
