FAIRBAIRN Private Bank has been ranked in the top ten best small firms to work for in Britain in a survey published in the Sunday Times.
The bank, which has offices on the Esplanade, is also the best finance firm in the British Isles to be employed by, according to the survey results.
The bank was listed in eighth place in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For in 2010.
This year’s comprehensive survey involved 964 organisations and 230,000 employees were asked for their views of their employer.
