Students’ anti-drugs ad shown on television
Friday 12th March 2010, 2:59PM GMT.

Crimestoppers competition winners Jonathan Da Silva, Joshua Smith and Alan Le Corre at Haute Vallée School.
STUDENTS at Haute Vallée School watched the first screening of a new Crimestoppers anti-drugs TV advert during assembly this week.
The 30-second public information film was designed by three of the school’s pupils as part of a competition run by the charity.
Last year Crimestoppers asked students from Haute Vallée, Hautlieu, Beaulieu Convent and Le Rocquier to create storyboards for a clip warning of the consequences of having a drugs conviction.
The winning group – Jonathan Da Silva, Joshua Smith and Alan Le Corre – won the competition and got to edit and film the clip with Channel TV. The students also received certificates and prizes and the school received a cash prize.
