Unveiled: The Treasury mystery man

Hugh McGarel-Groves.
A UK accountant with experience of multi-national companies and local authorities has been appointed temporary Treasurer of the States.
Hugh McGarel-Groves was brought to the Island as States finance director just a few weeks ago and will fill in for Ian Black, who has been signed off ill.
The announcement of the appointment this morning clears up the mystery of who the new man at the Treasury is.
