Two sea rescues after walkers cut off

Walkers need to be wary of the sea
TWO young girls and a man were saved in a double sea rescue after becoming trapped by the tide yesterday afternoon.
At around 3 pm two young girlswere rescued after beingĀ stranded on rocks off La Mare slip on the south coast.
As the Fire Service launched the inshore rescue boat for the girls, they were called to help a manĀ stranded by the high tide at Elizabeth Castle.
