LAST week you very kindly printed my letter regarding Jersey Telecom dumping 15 directories outside my front door.
Within 48 hours of my letter being printed I received a letter of apology from Tim Ringsdore and an assurance that they would remove any remaining directories and clean up any mess – the excellent cleaning staff from the Housing Department did a great job first, though.
I would just like to put on record my thanks for Telecom’s prompt response to what might to them seem a minor problem.
