Island law firm advises on data centre listing

JERSEY firm Verras Law were key advisers on the highest value listing to be placed on the London AIM stock market in over a year.

The firm acted on the listing of Malaysian-headquartered data centre business CSF Group which was completed late last month.

CSF’s market capitalisation was valued at £88 million. A total of 50.9 million new ordinary shares were placed at 55 pence per share raising £28 million. The offer was over subscribed.

Verras Law partner Hiren Patel handled significant elements of the deal and said that there were at least two more similar listings likely to follow in the months ahead.
