Takeover deal for two finance training schools

THE Jersey International Business School has bought one of its external training providers for an undisclosed sum.
The school has purchased Forward Training from the BakerPlatt group, which is chaired by Stephen Platt. He is a member of the main board of the Jersey International Business School. The Forward Group’s director of training, Jo French, is a member of the international business school’s board of educational advisers. She will be joining the business school as part of the deal.
All professional education programmes currently delivered by Forward will continue to be offered in exactly the same way but under the Jersey International Business School banner.
