Wednesday 28th April 2010, 2:57PM BST.
THE election to fill the seat left vacant by the disqualification of Stuart Syvret from the States is to be at least a three-horse race.
Graeme Jenkins, who is currently unemployed, announced his intention to stand yesterday. Two other people, Deputy Geoff Southern and St Helier businessman Gino Risoli, have already said that they will contest the election on Wednesday 16 June.

Mr Jenkins, of Val Plaisant, has worked as a financial adviser, a salesman for Stanley Gibbons stamps and an architect’s assistant.
