What’s your obsession?
‘Karting’
What got you into it?
‘We went up to watch a few times and liked the look of it.’
How often do you do it?
‘The season runs from March to November and races take place roughly fortnightly.’
Where do you do it?
‘Loop Road, Sorel, St John.’
Is it easy to get into?
‘Yes, just come along and ask someone at the track for further details.’
What skills do you need?
‘You need to be physically fit, patient and have lots of concentration.’
Is it popular in Jersey?
‘Yes, but it could be more popular if we had a permanent track.’
What do you like about it?
‘It is fast and fun.’
What do you need to do it?
‘A kart, a helmet, boots, suit and arks pack.’
