Le Rocquier School prom
Saturday 22nd May 2010, 12:00PM BST.
HIGH heels, fast cars and tuxedos were the order of the day when Le Rocquier Year 11 students got this year’s prom season off to an impressive start on Wednesday.
They were joined by clowns, mime artists and stilt walkers for the celebration at the school which marked the end of the students’ compulsory education.
And, in true prom style, there were also a number of grand entrances including students arriving in an ice-cream van, a tractor and even with a fanfare from the Band of the Island of Jersey.
