New civil engineering CI practice

JERSEY engineering consultancy T&G Ltd has merged with Guernsey firm McCathie Associates to form a new pan-Channel Islands structural and civil engineering practice.

The two companies each celebrate their 20th anniversary this year and will continue to trade independently in each island.

But they will now offer clients an extended range of services, including project management, consultancy and guidance, civil and structural design and advanced engineering solutions.
Originally formed as Thomas & Griffiths Ltd in 1990, T&G is already the largest single-discipline engineering consultancy in the Channel Islands.

It has completed over 5,000 projects in the public, commercial, leisure, residential, industrial, utilities and infrastructure sectors.
