The group who made the trip

A GROUP of Christians who recently visited Israel are inviting Islanders to a special service to hear about their trip.

It was the third tour of Israel organised by Jean Schooling from Bethlehem Methodist Church and the largest group yet, 19 people, made the journey.

During the tour the group, which included some family members and friends from the UK, visited a number of religious sites in Jerusalem, including Mount Zion and the Garden of Gethsemane, before moving on to Bethlehem, where they visited the Nativity Church.
