JERSEY Trust Company has bought wealth management firm Caversham Fiduciary Services, for an undisclosed sum.
Over 30 Caversham staff will join forces with the Jersey Trust team. Both companies have confirmed that there will be no redundancies as a result of the deal.
Jersey Trust group managing director Nigel Le Quesne said the purchase was an important strategic move and would see the group’s existing private wealth practice grow significantly.
‘This is a very exciting development and we are delighted to welcome our new colleagues and clients to Jersey Trust,’ he said.
