I thought he was dead, I bought tickets to see him at the O2 arena, hope he does a few songs as well as speaking.

Of course Jersey will survive, the Island has been here for millions of years sometimes bigger sometimes smaller as the tide has risen and fallen.

The question is really how long the current population can live in the manner to which they have become accustomed. The answer is no, but the affluenza of the past 15 or so years is not sustainable.

Of Course Jersey will ‘survive’ but in what manner is debatable. The all but lost Tourism industry, the dwindling economy of growers, the changes to the islands tax status, the over development of the island and the ignoring of the islands population needs will kill off the special attraction to the island. Joining the euro will be its death knoll.
