JERSEY has won another award to cement its place as the top offshore finance centre.

The Island took the title of top jurisdiction at the tenth Global Investor magazine awards last week.

Jersey Finance’s head of marketing, Dara Lutes, received the award from the editor of the magazine, Craig Macdonald, at a ceremony at the Hotel Russell in London.

Nice that should encourage more rich finance dudes to our shores only that i know alot here already and they are ready to look elsewhere as they were promised the perfect climate here!LOL LOL!!hardly the cayman islands weather.

good news indeed ,but i will ONLY cheer all at Jersey Finance when the big news is ” A new Bank/Finance house/Trust is creating x number of new jobs” aint gonna happen though is it.
