Taxi driver who injured girls given two-month ban

FOUR teenage girls were left with serious injuries – which included a broken neck, broken back and two broken pelvises – after a taxi driver ploughed into them on his way to pick up a fare, the Magistrate’s Court heard yesterday.
The 63-year-old taxi driver, Mathew Howard-Houston, of Wellington Road, admitted careless driving in Rue à Don on 25 September and was fined £650, disqualified from driving for two months and ordered to retake a driving test.

Seems to be a bit lenient for what he did. I would have expected a prison sentance at the very least.
