Good start for Jersey

CAPTAIN Ben Stevens was in fine form as Jersey got off to a winning start in the ICC European Under-19 cricket world cup qualifier in Belfast yesterday.
In a reduced overs game – 33 overs a side –Jersey’s bowlers were all economical as they bowled Denmark out for 90 in 32 overs.
Jersey play the Netherlands today, Guernsey face Ireland while Scotland oppose Denmark.
