The Kolapore record-breakers

The Jersey Rifle Association finished just five points behind winners Great Britain in the prestigious Kolapore team match on a tremendous day of shooting at the 150th Imperial Meeting at Bisley.

Yesterday was again triumph for Daniel Richardson, who set an individual record for a Jerseyman in the Kolopore, as team silver was secured in great fashion on Century range.

Jersey fired a record score to beat Australia, Canada, Germany, Guernsey and Kenya and rattled eventual winners GB at 300 yards by matching them point for point in a 399 ex 400 tie.
