Fatal crash motorbike was on wrong side of the road
Friday 20th August 2010, 2:57PM BST.
THE motorcyclist killed in a crash in Trinity earlier this month caused the accident because the bike had crossed onto the wrong side of the road, an inquest heard yesterday.
At the opening of the inquest into the death of Polish farmworker Rafal Malodzinski (30), evidence was also given that he may have been drinking before the 600cc Kawasaki he was riding collided with a Smart car. He died at the scene from a serious head injury.
