Plans for controversial extension into the green zone
Thursday 26th August 2010, 2:57PM BST.
NEW plans for a previously controversial extension in the green zone have been received by the Planning department.
This is the second attempt by the owners of La Vouest, a property overlooking St Ouen’s Bay, to win over the Planning department after a scheme for an extension to the property was refused in April.
At that time the planning applications panel rejected the scheme because of its mass but said that they were not against the principle of an extension on the building.
