No walkabout for Crocodile Dundee

CROCODILE Dundee star Paul Hogan has been barred from leaving Australia over an international tax fraud investigation stretching all the way to Jersey.
Jersey accountant Philip Eric de Figueiredo, of St Martin, is currently fighting extradition to Australia to face charges in connection with the same multi-million pound investigation. He denies the allegations.
Operation Wickenby – the country’s biggest tax fraud investigation – has been looking into the accounts of sports stars and famous actors who allegedly avoided paying tax through offshore schemes.
