TEN jobs will be lost at the end of the year when Alpha Bank Jersey Ltd closes.

The ten staff have now all been informed about the decision, which was made at a board meeting of Alpha Bank London Ltd.

Managing director Richard Buchanan said that the business would close on 31 December.
