Plans have been submitted for a permanent track at Sorel
PLANS to create a permanent go-kart track at Sorel Point were submitted to the Planning department this week.
The Jersey Kart and Motor Club has drawn up a final track design which would mean that the Ronez loop road in St John would close, but leave a track so members of the public could still reach the headland by car.
Kart club president Robin Troy said that they had taken on board Islanders’ feedback when they did a consultation exercise in May this year.
