JERSEY’S table tennis players served up some brilliant action in the opening games in Division I of the Deutsche Bank League last night.
Champions St Joseph’s A won 8-2 against CCC B; Pegasus won by the same score against CCC A while St Joseph B defeated a weakened St Joseph C.
Pegasus’s Island player Jakub Wankowicz came from two games down to beat former Channel Islands champion Eugene Ellis 3-2.
