JERSEY coach Craig Hogan says that cricketers throughout the Island have a massive opportunity to progress to a higher level on the international stage.
His comments have been made in view of the onset of the ICC European Division 1 Twenty/20 Championship next year.
Jersey and Guernsey will each host a six-team group in the World Cup qualifying tournament next July.
Jersey will also stage both cross-over semi-finals and the final, with the winners and runners-up qualifying for the World Cup Global qualifier in 2012.
