The Government House team, the Royal Seals, will once again be making their contribution to the fundraising
THE Lions Club has come to the rescue of Islanders looking for a good reason to get fit in the New Year.
It has announced that it will celebrate the 40th birthday of the Swimarathon by holding the annual fundraiser between from 9 to 13 March at Les Quennevais Leisure Centre, St Brelade.
Next year, the organisers are hoping to get a record number of people taking part as they have upped their capacity to 440 teams.
