Gregory third in nationals
Wednesday 22nd December 2010, 2:59PM GMT.
JERSEY rider Kieran Gregory finished third overall in the Doodson British Schoolboy Motor Association national motocross Championship.
Now fully recovered from a broken leg sustained at Landrake in Cornwall, in October, the 15-year-old Les Quennevais School student received his award recently at a UK National dirt track event.
Gregory’s father, Nigel, said: ‘Third place was a good result because Kieran was extremely unlucky to have been given a black flag in one race when his bike was deemed to be too noisy after a bolt broke on his rear silencer.’
