Fund in £30m move on CI exchange

A FUND launched by a London-based investment management company is to apply to list on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange as it seeks to raise £30 million.
The fund – the third in a series from Hollyport Capital – will be sponsored by Jersey firm EFG Fund Administration.
EFG will not only be sponsor, but has also been appointed as trustee and administrator for the Hollyport Secondary Opportunities III fund.
The fund has just achieved its first closing. It is the third in a series which invest in private equity fund interests. EFG acts on behalf of all three vehicles.
