ACCOUNTANCY practice Ernst & Young is the first firm to achieve the gold standard accreditation by Investors in People across its Channel Islands businesses.
It has achieved the standard in both Jersey and Guernsey. A total of 196 evidence requirements were tested and Ernst & Young met 176. A total of 165 are needed to achieve gold.
The process involved a representative cross section of staff across both islands being interviewed by an external IIP assessor over a period of a week.
