Man arrested after his dog savages another to death

A SMALL dog was savaged to death and another injured in front of their owner yesterday morning in an attack by a large mixed-breed dog.
It is believed that the court had previously ordered that this dog be muzzled and kept on a lead in public places after it injured other dogs in 2009.
