Herbert helps Leicester clinch national title

Jersey’s Great Britain and England international hockey star Beckie Herbert helped Leicester to the women’s England Hockey League title at the weekend.
She scored two of the seven in the team’s 7-0 victory at the University of Birmingham over the weekend.
The win gives Leicester the women’s England Hockey League title and guarantees European qualification – regardless of championship play-off results.
