Business school to launch e-learning in the Far East

A BUSINESS school set up in Jersey a year ago is on the brink of exporting its expertise to Singapore.
The Jersey International Business School is intent on launching an e-learning programme in the financial services hub in the Far East within the next few months.
Director Stephen Platt made the announcement as the Jersey International Business School celebrated its first birthday last week.
He told the JEP that looking east would be important to the future. ‘The Singapore version of our programme is written and we would hope to formally launch it in the next two to three months,’ he said.
Mr Platt said that the school was in discussion with a partner in Singapore and it was now merely a matter of finalising the commercial arrangements.
