Wednesday 27th April 2011, 7:00AM BST.

The car voted the best decorated was the 1938 Alvis Anderson Tourer of David and Jackie Vautier (01201422)
GRAND Easter bonnets adorned with everything from flowers and feathers to chicks and eggs were the order of the day at the Jersey Old Motor Club’s annual Easter Bonnet Run.
Some 60 vintage cars went on display to the public at the Weighbridge as part of the event.
Following the display, which also included the cars being decorated, 72 members of the club drove en masse from town to St Peter for their traditional Easter lunch.
Club president John Boothman said that the event had been very successful and had featured everything from Rolls-Royces, sporting Bugattis and BMWs to humble Austin Sevens, all dating from before 1950.
