Law firms open way for Battersea redevelopment

THREE leading Jersey law firms have played a key role in a process that will lead to work getting underway on an anticipated £5.5 billion redevelopment of the iconic Battersea Power Station in London.
They worked on a complex series of transactions that completed earlier this month that has put initial funding in place to start what will be a huge construction project on the site of the former power station.
Ogier, Carey Olsen and Mourant Ozannes all worked on the series of deals representing different parties.
