Man of the match Jon Brennan is congratulated by his colleagues
BLOODIED and bruised man of the match Jon Brennan received well-deserved congratulations following Jersey’s 30-5 win over Loughborough Students at St Peter on Saturday.
Cheered on by a crowd of more than 4,000, Jersey secured their place among the top 40 teams in the UK thanks to a defiant and disciplined performance from Brennan and his team-mates.
Jersey’s reward is a place next season in National League I, where they will face the likes of Rosslyn Park, Coventry and Blackheath.
