Chef joins Co-op’s ‘buy local’ campaign

JERSEY celebrity chef Shaun Rankin is once again helping to champion Island produce, this time with the help of the Channel Islands Co-operative.
Following the success of fellow chef Jamie Oliver with Sainsbury, Mr Rankin is to link up with the Channel Islands Co-operative in the campaign to promote local food.
The initiative will involve the Michelin-starred chef producing monthly recipe cards which will be available in all Co-op stores.
