THE driver involved in the fatal St Clement Coast Road crash has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.

Niall Linden (36), of Midvale Road, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday having been arrested in the morning.

He was yesterday given £10,000 bail by Assistant Magistrate Bridget Shaw – who sent the case to the Royal Court because of the seriousness of the charge.
