Two 17-year-olds in court over St Clement attack

TWO 17-year-old boys accused of attacking a 22-year-old man in Plat Douet Road area and causing him severe brain injuries appeared in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
The teenagers, both from St Clement, have been charged with committing a grave and criminal assault on the victim on 11 September in Grande Route de St Clement.
One of the boys was also charged with committing an assault on the 22-year-old man’s friend, on the same occasion.
The pair, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were both wearing T-shirts in the dock. Their parents also attended the hearing.
