Price is right for top England netball honour
Wednesday 28th September 2011, 3:00PM BST.
ST Saviour netball coach and former Jersey Netball Association president Sheila Price has been honoured with an England Netball Long Service Award.
She was one of three to be recognised in the category, for volunteers who have given selfless outstanding service for 25 years or more, at this year’s glamorous Goalden Globes ceremony at The Athena in Leicester.
Price described netball as her ‘passion’ and said: ‘I was absolutely honoured and privileged to win one of the awards. It was a fantastic occasion.’
