Owner told to control fowl killing terriers

THE owner of two dogs has been ordered by a court to keep them under proper control after they killed and mauled a string of livestock in Trinity over ten months.

Timothy John Morton owns the two Yorkshire Terrier dogs, named Maisie and Millicent, but they are under the control of Jaana Adina Morton, of Spring Farm, Rue des Bouillons, Trinity.

On Friday the Magistrate’s Court heard that the dogs had been allowed to roam and had indiscriminately attacked, on a number of occasions, livestock at different locations in Trinity.
