TWO primary schools have announced who will be replacing their head teachers when they retire later this year.
Both of the new appointments are moving from other head teacher posts in the Island and will begin their roles at First Tower and Samarès Schools at Easter and in September respectively.
Kate Sugden is transferring to First Tower from St Saviour’s School while Andrew Willis, who is currently head of Jersey College for Girls Preparatory, will take over at Samarès.

I feel for the schools who are saying goodbye to these two amazing teachers they must be devastated, but many congratulations to the children, staff and parents at their new schools. They are gaining two wonderful head teachers who I’m sure will work wonders for their new posts.
