Lord Jersey offers his land for sports complex

BUILDING a multi-sports artificial grass facility could make the Island a number one destination for professional teams to come and train, Lord Jersey has said.
William Villiers, the tenth Earl of Jersey, believes constructing a state-of-the-art complex has enormous potential and has issued a plea for the States to speak to him about using his land to build it.
Lord Jersey is willing to give up as much of his grounds at Radier Manor as needed for third generation [3G] pitches and although he said it would not be free, he was sure a suitable deal could be agreed.
