Remembering those who gave so much

TRIBUTE was paid on Sunday at the Remembrance Day service at the Cenotaph to those who gave their lives defending freedom.
The event, which took place in warm sunshine, was held on Armistice Day, and at exactly the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, two minutes’ silence took place to reflect on the ultimate sacrifice which so many have paid in conflict.
